Illustrative workflow

From a Web Inquiry to an Estimate

The inquiry is captured with source, time, and service area. The system qualifies it and routes it to the right rep. The rep books an inspection, the estimator visits the property, and the estimate moves to a reviewed draft.

Starting event

A homeowner submits a replacement inquiry through the roofing company's website form.
