About Results and Estimates

How RoofMaxing labels illustrative workflows, scenario calculations and reported outcomes. No guaranteed job volume, rankings, review counts, response times or financial outcomes.

Last reviewed: Pending owner review

No guaranteed outcomes

RoofMaxing does not guarantee specific job volume, search rankings, review counts, response times, time savings or financial outcomes. We do not claim that all roofers achieve a result. Any under-60-second response target is qualified as a configured goal and validated under the relevant channel conditions.

Illustrative workflows

Workflow examples on this site carry an obvious "Illustrative workflow" label. They show how a system operates. They contain no fictional customer or achieved performance claim. The people and businesses in examples are not real clients.

Scenario calculations

The opportunity calculator uses visitor-entered assumptions. Outputs are labeled as scenarios. We show the math. The calculator does not add another calculator's expected jobs to its outputs because the same inquiries could be counted twice.

A scenario built from your entered assumptions is not a RoofMaxing performance forecast or a price quote. Revenue is not labeled as profit. Negative values are shown accurately. Break-even and payback appear only when the needed denominator is positive, with the formula defined next to the result.

Reported results

When approved case studies exist, they identify the client and the measurement period. A case-study template remains unlisted and noindex until it contains an approved real case. We do not display sample praise, invented names or fake screenshots.

A missing testimonial collection produces a compact, truthful fallback about the process or measurement approach. Star ratings and review counts are hidden until a real collection exists.

Measurement limitations

Source attribution has limits. A lead source label depends on how the original inquiry was captured. Duplicate records are deduplicated before counting. Unknown and missing values are labeled, not hidden. No animated live numbers appear without a live feed.

Baselines and windows

Every metric starts with a clear definition. The team agrees on what counts as an event, when the clock starts, and when it stops. The reporting period is stated before any chart is read. Baselines come first. Empty values show a dash or a prompt to set a baseline, never a fabricated zero presented as an actual result.
