Accessibility at RoofMaxing

RoofMaxing aims for WCAG 2.2 AA. We describe tested support accurately and do not promise full standards conformance unless an appropriate audit supports it.

Our approach

The RoofMaxing website is built with semantic landmarks, one H1 per page, coherent heading order, visible keyboard focus, skip navigation, functional labels and readable contrast. Interactive elements aim for at least 44px touch targets. Forms associate errors with their fields and announce validation messages.

We test at common widths including 360, 390, 768, 1024 and 1440 CSS pixels, and at 200% zoom. The menu traps focus while open, restores focus on close, and supports keyboard traversal and Escape. Accordions use native buttons with aria-expanded.

Tested support

  • Keyboard navigation across all routes and forms
  • Visible focus indicators on interactive elements
  • Screen-reader labels on form fields and menu controls
  • Reduced-motion alternatives for transitions and animations
  • Responsive layouts without horizontal overflow at 360px

Automated checks do not equal a complete accessibility audit. We continue to review and improve the experience.
