Integration Planning

Your Roofing Software and RoofMaxing

RoofMaxing assesses how your existing tools fit the lead workflow. We plan the connection before promising a verified integration. No invented native connectors, no partnership badges.

An intended handoff is not a verified connection

Many roofing businesses run on a mix of tools: a CRM for contacts, a job manager for production, a measurement platform for estimates, and a photo app for documentation. Each tool holds a piece of the opportunity. The handoff between them is where opportunities stall.

RoofMaxing starts with a practical software assessment. We look at what each tool owns, what records it exchanges, and what the supported connection method is. Then we plan the sequence. An intended handoff describes what we want to happen. A verified connection describes what we have tested and confirmed.

We use the integration verification flag to keep that distinction honest. A tool marked as planning stage means we assess how it can fit your workflow. A tool marked as verified means the connection has been tested with a live RoofMaxing sub-account. We do not claim a native connector, an API endpoint, a certification, or an official partnership until verification is complete.

What the assessment covers

The assessment examines your current tools, your data flow, and your team's capacity. We map the records each tool owns, the events that should trigger a handoff, and the failure path when a connection breaks. The output is a connection plan with a clear sequence, a source-of-record decision for each data type, and a reconciliation check.

The plan is a starting point. We test the connection with representative records before it goes live. We document the result. If a tool cannot support the intended handoff, we say so and propose an alternative that preserves the information.
